Delete your account

1. Use the button below to sign in to Stellica.
2. On the dashboard, go to “Account Cancellation / Delete Account” and select “Submit deletion request.”
3. After receiving the request, we review active subscriptions, unprocessed orders, and records that must be retained by law.
4. Covered personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days after we receive the request.

• Your authentication account and personal profile data, including your name, email address, and birth information
• Saved reading results, AI readings and interpretations, consultation-chat content, and in-app notifications
• Palm images, extracted features, reading text, and related data
• Personally identifying information in public profiles, reviews, and similar content

Records required for payments, billing, refunds, fraud prevention, tax, or other legal and operational purposes are retained for the required period with directly identifying information minimized. These records may include purchase, subscription, and consultation-credit audit records.

Paid subscriptions can be canceled and payment methods managed from the subscription-management screen on your dashboard. If you have questions about an account-deletion request, contact info@stellica.jp.
