Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Company concerning use of the Service. In addition to these Terms, the Company may establish rules and other provisions concerning use of the Service (collectively, "Individual Provisions"). Regardless of their title, the Individual Provisions form part of these Terms.

1. Registration for the Service is completed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, applies to register in the manner specified by the Company, and the Company approves the application.
2. The Company may decline to approve an application if it determines that any of the following applies:
   • The applicant submitted false information
   • The application was made by a person who has previously violated these Terms
   • The Company otherwise determines that registration is inappropriate

1. Users must properly manage their user IDs and passwords for the Service at their own responsibility.
2. Under no circumstances may users transfer or lend their user IDs or passwords to a third party, or share them with a third party.
3. If a login is made using a user ID and password combination that matches the registered information, the Company will regard the use as having been made by the user who registered that user ID.

The Service provides the following features.

• Readings using 11 types of divination engines and name analysis
• Integrated divination interpretations, consultation chat responses, palm-reading text, and related content generated by artificial intelligence (AI)
• A Feng Shui structured beta using checklist-based readings without images, addresses, or map information
• Palm readings and full reading reports based on uploaded palm images
• Saving and viewing reading results on the user dashboard (for registered users)
• Receiving reports about AI output and public content
• Landing-page creation and client-management features for fortune tellers (for fortune-teller users)

1. General users on the free plan may use readings, view AI interpretations, and save results without limit.
2. Fortune-teller users on the free plan may save up to three client reading results.
3. Details and prices of paid content and paid plans are stated on the relevant product pages and in the disclosure required under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
4. At the initial release of the Integrated Reading Premium plan, the plan provides the ranges displayed on the "Today, This Week, This Month, and 12-Month Flow" screens for saved integrated readings, together with an allowance for the consultation room. Regardless of the plan name, in-depth theme chapters, one-time-purchase reports, and other products individually displaying a price are not included automatically unless the purchase screen or product page expressly states otherwise.
5. The Company may change prices and plan details at its discretion. Changes will be announced within the Service in advance.

Users may use the reporting channels within the Service to submit content they believe is inappropriate, potentially infringes rights, or otherwise presents a problem in AI reading results, consultation chat responses, palm readings, fortune-teller profiles, landing pages, services, reviews, and related content. The Company will review reports and, as necessary, take operational measures such as restricting display, requesting corrections, or restricting use.

Information submitted with a report and the purposes for which it is used are set forth in the Privacy Policy. Users must not submit false or abusive reports.

Users must not engage in the following conduct when using the Service.

• Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
• Conduct related to criminal acts
• Unauthorized access to, or conduct that places an excessive load on, the Company's servers or networks
• Conduct that may interfere with operation of the Service
• Collecting or accumulating personal information or similar information about other users
• Impersonating another user
• Directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Service
• Reproducing or selling Service content (including AI-generated text) without permission
• Submitting false or abusive reports
• Other conduct that the Company determines to be inappropriate

The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if it determines that any of the following applies.

• Maintenance, inspection, or updates of computer systems relating to the Service are performed
• Provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
• Computers, communications lines, or related systems stop due to an accident
• Provision becomes difficult because an external API service (including Google Gemini, Anthropic, or Stripe) is suspended or changes its specifications
• The Company otherwise determines that provision of the Service is difficult

If a user falls under any of the following, the Company may, without prior notice, restrict all or part of the user's use of the Service or cancel the user's registration.

• The user violates any provision of these Terms
• It is discovered that registered information contains false facts
• The user fails to pay fees or other payment obligations
• The user does not respond to communications from the Company for a certain period
• The Company otherwise determines that use of the Service is inappropriate

Users may initiate account cancellation as an identity-verified request through "Account Cancellation / Delete Account" on the user dashboard. After receiving the request, the Company will review active subscriptions, unprocessed orders, and records that must be retained by law, and will delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days. This does not apply to information that must be retained by law or for operational purposes such as payment, billing, refunds, fraud prevention, or tax matters. Paid subscriptions can be canceled and payment methods managed from the subscription-management screen on the user dashboard.

1. The Company makes no express or implied warranty that the Service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects, errors, bugs, or infringement relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, or security).
2. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company, the Company assumes no liability for any damage suffered by users arising from the Service.
3. The Company assumes no responsibility for transactions, communications, disputes, or similar matters arising between a user and another user or a third party in connection with the Service.

The Company may change, add to, or discontinue the Service after providing prior notice to users, and users agree to such changes.

The Company may change these Terms without obtaining each user's individual consent in the following cases.

• The change to these Terms conforms to the general interests of users
• The change does not conflict with the purpose of the Service agreement and is reasonable in light of the necessity and substance of the change and other circumstances relating to it

Before the revised Terms take effect, the Company will notify users that these Terms will change and of the revised content.

The Company's handling of users' personal information in connection with use of the Service is governed by the Company's separate Privacy Policy, and users agree that the Company will handle personal information in accordance with that Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's principal office will have exclusive jurisdiction by agreement.
